Human craft, carried forward.

We help companies license their code and data to the AI labs building what comes next. You keep ownership, and the decision is always yours.

hazina

/hɑˈzi.nɑ/ noun Swahili

  1. A treasury; a store of things of value.
  2. Treasure; wealth kept safe for the future.

Every company keeps a treasury it rarely counts: years of human judgment written into its code and decisions.

AI learns from records like these. The people who built them should share in what they're worth.

What AI labs are looking for

Code is in highest demand. Every industry is welcome, including non-profits.

Code

Shows AI how real software is written, reviewed and fixed over the years.

  • Source code
  • Commit history
  • Pull requests
  • Code reviews
  • Bug and issue trackers
  • Test and build logs
  • Design documents

Wanted from companies anywhere in the world. Old code is welcome.

Business data

Shows AI how experienced people work and make decisions.

  • Documents
  • Communications
  • Transactions
  • Records and databases
  • Support tickets
  • Sales and CRM

Mainly from companies in the UK, EU and US.

Licences typically pay $50k to $500k

You get an honest estimate early, so you never waste time on a small deal.

  • Years of history
  • Volume of data
  • How specialised it is
  • Reviews and discussion around the work
  • Clear rights to license it

Common questions

How much can we earn?

Licences typically pay $50,000 to $500,000, depending on how much data you have, how far back it goes and how specialised it is. Finding out is free: the first scan runs on your machine in minutes. The deeper analysis has a small AI cost if you run it yourself, or we run it in a secure sandbox at our expense.

Why do AI labs want company data?

They have largely used up the public internet. Better models now depend on high-quality data that isn't public. Yours helps train the next generation of AI, and you are paid for it.

What data can we license?

Companies in every industry, including non-profits, can take part. Code is wanted from anywhere in the world. From the UK, EU and US, labs also want documents, communications, records and other business data. You need to own the data or have the right to share it, and you can leave out anything you choose.

Why not go to the AI labs directly?

We already work with labs and their data partners, and we negotiate for many companies together, which usually gets better terms. We also licensed our own company's data this way first, so we know the process from your side.

What happens to our data while you negotiate?

We can only analyse it and show limited samples to potential buyers under confidentiality. We can't train on it, copy it or sell it. If no deal is agreed within 60 days, we delete it within five business days and send you a signed certificate.

What happens to our data after a deal?

You still own it: it's a licence, not a sale. It is anonymised before training, kept only for as long as training needs (usually a few months) and then destroyed. It is never used to copy your products or business.

Can this be GDPR compliant?

Generally yes. For code alone, the GDPR burden is usually low. Broader business data is manageable with the right process, and we can introduce you to the lawyer we worked with. Please take your own legal advice.

Based on our own experience, not legal advice. Please have your counsel review any agreement.
